Right About Nothing collects the details you choose to submit through forms, briefings, emails, project enquiries and normal website analytics. This may include your name, business, contact details, project notes, uploaded references and technical information such as device, browser and page activity. For an ads audit, it may also include account exports, performance data and read-only platform access you choose to provide.
We use this information to respond to enquiries, shape project recommendations, operate the website, improve the briefing experience, provide services, send relevant updates, and maintain security. We do not sell personal information.
We do not publish or list ads-audit client names on this website. Audit experience is shared only as anonymised aggregate information, not as a client roster.
If you provide project information, we may use trusted AI tools to help summarise, structure, draft, or analyse that information for the purpose of delivering our services. Sensitive commercial context is treated as confidential project material.
Ads audits are handled differently: the number-crunching runs on an offline model on Tom’s own hardware, and client account data isn’t sent to cloud AI services.
Information may be processed by service providers that help us run hosting, email, analytics, automation, security and project systems. We keep access limited to what is needed. Advertising account access and exports are used only for the agreed review or project.
